[Solution]
Change the version:
 (Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan (64 bit) -> Mac OS X (64-bit))
 - VirtualBox -> MacOS vm -> settings -> General -> Version -> Mac OS X (64-bit)

this works perfectly for me...
